Ingredients :
1 teaspoon - Black Peppercorn
1 teaspoon - Cardamom
1 teaspoon - Clove
1 teaspoon - Star Anise
1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
2 to 4cm fresh ginger
Using a mortar and pestle, place the ingredients into a mortar evenly grind, bash or crush all the spices, using the pestle to mix and grind them until the ingredients are as coarse or fine as you want.
Remove spices and add fresh ginger and bash or crush
Add all ingredients to 4 liters of water, boil for 20mins & slimmer for 20mins or slow cooker for 6 hours plus.
