5 to 10g - For lucid dreaming
25g - For Creative dose, writing, dance, music, artwork
35g - Yoga dose: great for yoga, meditation
Recommended for Ceremony, is 30 to 50 g starting with a 20g dose and increase to Full Ceremonial Dose slowly, for shamanic journeying & deep meditation
